Established since 1997, we're a dedicated nursing care service that delivers compassionate care to the south London community and beyond. Offering a wide range of services, our care team is passionate about providing a care journey that's tailored to the most intricate of individual needs.

About Us

 

Welcome to Trinity Court: a comfortable, friendly family home for older adults, situated in the heart of south London.

From residential and nursing care to end-of-life support, our home provides professional care and comfort for up to 50 residents. Residents have 24/7 access to care and support, and we design our care plans to enable our residents to live as freely as possible.

Prior to moving in, our dedicated care staff will work with you and your family to create a tailored care plan that's suited to your individual needs. From medication administration to activity preferences, your care journey will be created with your likes, dislikes, health requirements and personal comforts in mind.

In addition to a cosy bedroom, residents enjoy the use of large, shared lounges, a bright and fully insulated conservatory, and an accessible garden area. Visits from loved ones are always welcome, with ample parking spaces on-site and on-street.

Pricing

We believe that we're competitively priced for the services we offer,and the care we provide within our home. As a family-oriented care group, we're open and transparent with all of our residents and their families.

Our fees start at £1,000 per week, but will increase depending on the level of care required. This fee includes accommodation, food, laundry and activities within our home. Typically, the only additional costs are for hairdressing, chiropody and outings.
